This page explains what information rpunion.com collects, why, and what you can do about it. RP Union is a network of poker clubs and unions on mobile club apps; the site introduces the network and points you to our support in Telegram. We keep this short because we collect very little.
Who is responsible
The site is run by RP Union. For anything related to your data, write to our support account on Telegram: t.me/rpunion. That is also the fastest way to reach a person.
What we collect
- What you send us. The site has no accounts and no payment forms. When you contact us through a form on the site or in Telegram, we receive what you write: your name or handle, your contact, and your message. We use it to answer you and, if you join a club, to set up your deal.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Ahrefs Analytics to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. They set cookies and record the page, the time, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type. We see aggregated reports, not your name.
- Server logs. Our hosting keeps standard access logs with IP addresses and requested pages for security and troubleshooting. They are rotated automatically.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels on the site.
- We do not store deposit, withdrawal or card details. Money moves inside the poker apps and payment services you choose, under their own terms.
Third parties
Three services receive data when you use the site: Google (Analytics), Ahrefs (Analytics) and Telegram (support chat). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. The club apps you play in, such as PPPoker, Suprema Poker, ClubGG, X-Poker or Poker21+, are separate products of separate companies with their own rules; this policy does not cover them.
Cookies
The only cookies on the site come from the analytics tools above. You can block them in your browser settings or with an ad blocker; the site works without them.
How long we keep data
Messages stay in our support chat for as long as we work together, so we can look up your deal. Analytics data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months. Server logs are kept for a few weeks.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to t.me/rpunion from the account you used to contact us, so we can verify it is you. Deleting analytics cookies is in your hands: clear them in the browser.
Age
The site and the clubs are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 or under the legal age in their country.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date above the heading changes with it. The current version is always the one on this page.
