ClubGG is a club app, and the rule that applies to every app on this site applies here too: you do not join ClubGG, you join a club inside it. The app is the software. The club, and the union the club belongs to, decide which games run, who sits at your table and what your rake comes back as.
What sets ClubGG apart from the other apps we run clubs in is where it comes from. It was built by the GGPoker network and runs on the same table software as the largest online poker room in the world. That shows in the client and in the rules, which we will get to. Our union on ClubGG is Allin Zone, and this page is about what it is like to play there.
How ClubGG works
The app itself is free to install and holds no money. Clubs are private rooms opened by a club owner, and a union joins several clubs into one shared lobby so that a table started in one club fills from every club in the group. When you sit in an Allin Zone game, the players across from you come from all the clubs in the union, not only from ours.
Access works through two numbers. A six digit club ID finds the club, and an eight digit referral ID ties your account to the agent who approves you, loads your chips and pays you out. You get both from us when you write in, and you enter them once. After approval the lobby shows the union games, and from there it behaves like any poker client.
Because the app holds no balance, every chip you play with went through an agent, and that is the part to understand before anything else. In a licensed room the operator owes you your balance. In a club app the agent does. Your experience of ClubGG is mostly your experience of the person handling your account, which is why we put our own name on the settlement rather than pass players to a third party.
Games and limits
Allin Zone is a cash union first. Tournaments exist and we describe them below, but the traffic is at the cash tables, and that is the honest way to describe it and the reason to pick it.
No limit hold'em runs from NL10 up to NL500, with tables at any hour and the busiest stretch in the evening and late at night. Alongside the standard tables there are ante tables and bomb pot tables. Both change the game more than a newcomer expects. An ante table at NL50 plays like a bigger game preflop, because there is more money in the middle before anyone acts and the correct opening ranges get wider. A bomb pot deals everyone in for a flop with no preflop action, which turns hand selection into a flop reading contest and rewards players who understand multiway equity.
Pot limit Omaha with five cards runs from PLO10 up to PLO400, again with ante and bomb pot variants. PLO5 is the second game of the union rather than an occasional table, and the pool that plays it is largely recreational. Five card Omaha at these limits is a game of hand quality: connected, double suited holdings with a pair make money, and hands that look pretty but are really two separate three card combinations lose it. The bomb pot tables in PLO5 are where the field gives away the most, because a multiway flop with five card hands is a spot most players have never studied.
There is one tournament a day, a 25 dollar buy in with a 1,000 dollar guarantee, and satellites into it run every hour. On Sundays the guarantee is 2,000 dollars. That is the whole schedule. If you play tournaments as your main game, we would rather tell you that now than have you find out after joining. If you play cash and want a structured event once a day with a soft field, it fits.
Short deck does not run in the union. For that game, our X-Union on X-Poker holds the pool.
How to download and install
ClubGG is in the official stores, which is not true of most club apps and matters more than it sounds. No side loading, no trusting a developer certificate, no re-installing after every update.
Android
Search for ClubGG Poker in Google Play and install. If Play is unavailable in your region, the official site offers the same build as a direct download. Take it from there and nowhere else.
iOS
Search for ClubGG Poker in the App Store. The app needs iOS 15 or later, so an older iPhone that cannot update will not run it. Install, open, create an account with an email you control, and you are ready to enter a club ID.
Desktop
There are native clients for Windows and macOS on the official site, inherited from the GG side. For a cash player who runs two or three tables in the evening, this is the version we recommend: the desktop client handles several tables in a way the phone does not.
How to join a club
Write to us on Telegram at @rpunion and say you want a seat on ClubGG. We reply with the club ID and the referral ID for Allin Zone, you enter both in the app, and we approve the request. The approval is manual on purpose. A union that lets anyone in ends up with the bot rings and colluding pairs that give club apps a bad name, and the manual step is where those get stopped.
Chips are loaded through your agent after the deposit, and cashouts run the same way back. Settlement is on a fixed schedule rather than on request, and we tell you the schedule before you deposit, not after. If you already play with us in PPPoker or Suprema Poker, nothing changes: one agent, one balance and one settlement covers every app you play, and a ClubGG seat is added to the account you already have.
Club owners and agents come in through a different door. If you have a player pool and want to bring it into Allin Zone, the terms are on the page for clubs and agents. The short version is that the club runs under our union agreement and you keep your players and your margin.
Rakeback and conditions
Rakeback in Allin Zone is 50 percent for players, and it is a flat figure rather than a band you have to negotiate up. Agent accounts get 60 percent. If you bring even a small group of players with you, ask about an agent account when you write in, because the ten point difference is real money at NL100 and above.
Rakeback is paid on cash rake and on tournament fees alike, which in a cash first union means it is mostly a cash number. At NL50 and NL100 the difference between 50 percent back and nothing back is frequently larger than the edge that separates a winning regular from a break even one. That is the single most underrated number in club poker, and it is the reason a cash player should care which union they sit in.
Chip value, deposit methods and the settlement calendar are set by the union and change with its promo calendar. We will not print a list that goes stale in a month. Ask us for the current terms when you write in, and get them in writing before you deposit.
Common problems
Club not found. The six digit club ID was typed into the wrong field, or the referral ID is missing. Both numbers go in during the join request, and the app rejects a request with one of them empty without always saying why. Re-enter both and resend.
Request pending for hours. Approval is manual, and it is done by a person in a time zone. We approve during our working hours and tell you what those are when you write in. A request sent at four in the morning our time is not lost, it is waiting.
Chips not showing. Chips appear in the club balance, not in a general wallet, because the app has no general wallet. Open the club, not the home screen. If the club balance is still empty after the agent confirmed the load, restart the app to refresh the balance.
Verification. ClubGG does not run the identity checks a licensed room runs, because it holds no money. The check that does exist is ours: we look at a new account before approving it, and that is the step that keeps the tables clean.
