Club Poker Withdrawals: How Long They Take and Who Pays

There are two ways into a club. You find the club owner and work with him directly: the deposit and the withdrawal both go through the owner. Or you find an agent: you pay the agent for chips, the agent pays your withdrawals, and he settles with the club himself. In neither case does the app hold your balance or pay anything. In a working club a withdrawal takes minutes. In our clubs it is paid within five minutes of the request during working hours, in crypto, in the way agreed at the deposit.

Two ways in, one rule

There is no cashier in PPPoker, Suprema or ClubGG. Chips appear on your account after you have paid a person. A withdrawal is the same movement in reverse: the chips come off, the money is sent to you.

Directly with the owner: you pay the owner, he loads the chips, he pays you out.

Through an agent: you pay the agent for the chips, he loads them, he pays you out. He settles with the club on his own; that part is not yours.

The app’s role ends at moving chips between accounts. That is why a club withdrawal is faster than any licensed room, and why “who do I work with” is the same question as “where does my money sit”. You know the answer the moment you make the first deposit: whoever you paid is who pays you. Where the money sits and who stands above the club is covered in Is club poker safe?

Methods and timing

The method is the one you deposited with. In our clubs that is crypto, agreed at the deposit. Timing in a working club: minutes, while your person is online. In our clubs: within five minutes of the request during working hours.

What counts as a delay is simple. The owner and the agent both have hours. A request inside those hours that is not paid by the end of them is late. A request at 4 AM paid at 9 AM is not late if 9 AM is when you were told they start. Ask for the hours before the first deposit and keep the message.

What to agree before the first deposit

  • Who you work with, the owner or an agent. That is who pays you.
  • The method in both directions, deposit and withdrawal, and whether it is the same one.
  • The payout hours, in your time zone.
  • The minimum withdrawal and whether there is a fee. In our clubs the minimum is 30 dollars and there is no fee; the network fee on a crypto transfer is the player’s.
  • The name of the club and the name of the union above it. You will need both once, and only if something goes wrong.

When a payout stalls

  1. Write again to the person you work with: the date and time of the first request, the amount. Give it until the end of the stated hours.
  2. If you work through an agent and he has gone quiet, write to the club owner. The club knows its agents, and the owner usually steps in. Same date, a screenshot of your balance.
  3. Write to the union. The club sits inside a union, the union settles with the club on a fixed day, and a club where players are not paid does not keep its place. If nobody can tell you which union the club is in, that is the problem itself, and the reason to ask before the next deposit. How to find out is in how to vet a poker union.

Keep everything in writing. A date, an amount and a screenshot are what a union needs to act.

Moving your balance to another club

If both clubs belong to the same owner, the balance moves: you ask, the chips come off in one club and go on in the other, no money leaves. In our clubs that works between every club we run, on any of the five apps: moving from a PPPoker club to a Suprema club is one request to the same person. If the clubs belong to different owners, there is no transfer: withdraw, then deposit into the new club. Anyone offering an “internal transfer” between unrelated clubs is asking you to trust a person you have not checked.

Speed is not the only measure

A club that pays in two minutes and a club that pays in an hour are both fine. A club that paid fast for three months and “has a problem this week” is the one to watch. The question is not how fast, it is whether the day and the method ever change without notice. They should not.

FAQ

Who pays a withdrawal in club poker apps?

The person you work with. The club owner, if you came to the club directly. The agent, if you bought your chips from him; he settles with the club himself. The app holds no balances and pays nothing.

How do withdrawals work in PPPoker clubs?

You ask the owner or the agent, whichever you work with. The chips are taken off your account and you are paid in the method you agreed at the deposit.

How long does a club poker withdrawal take?

Minutes. In our clubs within five minutes of the request during working hours. A request inside the stated hours that is not paid by the end of them is late.

My agent is not paying me. What can I do?

Write again with the date, the time and the amount. Then write to the club owner: the club knows its agents, and the owner usually steps in. Then write to the union above the club, with a screenshot of your balance.

Can I move my balance to another poker club?

Yes, if both clubs belong to the same owner: the chips are taken off one account and loaded onto the other. In our clubs that works between every club we run, on all five apps. Between clubs of different owners it is a withdrawal and a new deposit.

Is there a fee on withdrawals?

In our clubs, no. The only cost is the network fee on a crypto transfer, which the player pays. The minimum withdrawal is 30 dollars.
